Planning and Calendar
Planning in Kwilt should reduce decision load. The point is not to build a perfect plan; it is to choose the next honest action and give it a real place to live.
Start with the week you actually have
Planning works best when it respects your calendar, energy, and current commitments. If the plan is bigger than the week, shrink it before the week makes that decision for you.
Kwilt should help you choose what matters most, not pretend everything fits.
- Pick the few activities worth protecting.
- Put time-sensitive work on the calendar.
- Move, shrink, or let go of work that no longer fits.
Use calendar context
Calendar context helps you see where real time exists. When an Activity needs focus, place it where it has a chance to happen.
Calendar export and scheduling tools are there to make follow-through practical, not to create calendar clutter.
Let nudges stay calm
Reminders and nudges should point you back to a concrete action. They should be capped, relevant, and easy to turn off.
Explicit reminders are different from system nudges: one is something you asked for, the other should earn its interruption.
