Kwilt's AI is designed to help in context. It can suggest, clarify, draft, and organize, but it should keep you in control of your life system.
A coach, not a mystery box
AI should show up where the job is clear: shaping an Arc, improving a Goal, suggesting Activities, or helping you decide what to do next.
The goal is less prompt engineering and more practical help at the moment you need it.
Preview and control matter
When AI suggests changes or actions, you should be able to inspect them before they matter. Trust comes from clear boundaries, not magic.
If an AI suggestion does not fit your life, ignore it, edit it, or make it smaller.

Limits and connected tools
Some AI features may use credits, plan limits, or connected tools. Settings and billing surfaces should make those limits visible before they surprise you.
