Program summary

Kwilt Keep sends transactional and conversational SMS related to reminders, saved notes, onboarding, and account activity. It does not send marketing or promotional campaigns.

How users opt in

New account opt-in
  1. 1. A user texts the Kwilt Keep number.
  2. 2. The user replies START to opt in and create an account.
  3. 3. Kwilt Keep confirms the opt-in and continues onboarding by SMS.
Invited member opt-in
  1. 1. An account owner creates an invite for another member.
  2. 2. The invitee opts in by texting JOIN <invite code>.
  3. 3. Kwilt Keep confirms the opt-in and joins the invited member to the account.

Kwilt Keep uses two opt-in paths only: START for new accounts and JOIN <invite code> for invited members.
